With more than 25 years in the EHS industry, Bob Weis has the experience his clients need to ensure they are not just checking boxes but truly leveraging safety and risk mitigation as a strategic advantage. Over the course of Bob’s career in the utility and construction industries, he has cultivated an impressive track record of safety improvements. At one organization, in the span of just several years, he achieved 60% reduction in injury, OSHA and D.A.R.T. rates.

Having worked in a variety of safety roles, Bob is comfortable working with all levels of an organization, from the front lines to the c-suite, ensuring a commitment to safety permeates the entire company.

His commitment to high EHS standards has led him to serve in various leadership roles with the American Society of Safety Professionals, Tri-State Industrial Safety Council and the GE Plastics Contractor Safety Council.

​

With experience in safety compliance and training he excels at auditing, confined space, lockout/ tagout and arc flash training.

He has developed deep expertise in the following areas:

• EHS Strategy

• Risk Mitigation

• Safety Compliance Training, including Lockout/Tagout, Bloodborne Pathogen, Forklift Training, First Aid, and Hazard Communication

• Insurance and Compliance Auditing

When he is not helping ensure high EHS standards for his clients, you can find Bob along with his wife, Cindy, of more than 4 decades, traveling, fishing or boating at the lake with their two grown sons.
