She led the worldwide ergonomic team, managed the transition to vendor-supported industrial hygiene information systems, and has served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service. Having been on the client side of the consultant relationship, Judi excels at communicating not only the appropriate next steps but also the practical solutions to achieve those next steps as well as the rationale behind each safety measure she recommends. As the liaison between Arconic and the US steel workers, she oversaw each joint meeting and has experience working with unions and all levels of the labor force.
